After accumulating many years of experience in the private domestic industry it became obvious to Neal Nelson and Kelly Thompson that there was a specific need for a unique Domestic Staffing Agency in the Southeast Region of the US.

As a former business owner and multi Estate Manager Neal Nelson has learned many of the necessary components required for success in the luxury staffing industry. While partnering with a long term Private Executive Chef Kelly Thompson they sought to create a staffing agency that would specifically cater to the hunting plantations and other UHNW Estates throughout the South.

Kelly and Neal bring a uniquely southern charm to the luxury staffing industry, while being deeply rooted  and uniquely situated within the Hunting Plantation Community.
